Viral Marketing Has Gone Live!

February 22nd, 2007 by Katrina Gallagher

The PushON video has gone live, and it’s pretty funny if you’re into Online Marketing.

Actually I think the funniest thing was seeing it up on YouTube next to a real life Marketing Bull S*** video promising to get you to the top of Google in 24hrs.

Or view it in its natural habitat here: PushON Viral Marketing

Video Technology in Manchester

February 21st, 2007 by Katrina Gallagher

Manchester NTI have released a clip showing video production and editing at their facilities in Manchester. This video shows students using Chroma Key technology with software such as Adobe After Effects and Autodesk Combustion.

They also released a video showing 3D Motion Capture. I’m quite impressed with the level of technology available at a local training centre; Manchester NTI run technology related HNC and HND courses, as well as more traditional business courses, and vocational qualifications.

Viral Marketing - PushON are going viral!

February 21st, 2007 by Katrina Gallagher

PushON Viral MarketingIt’s coming up to the release of the PushON video - which we’re all looking forward to. It should be interesting to see how far it travels.

Keep checking back, because I’ll be adding the link as soon at it’s released, and I’ll be reporting on whether it sinks or sails.

Worth a visit, even if it is just to see a girl photocopy her bum… I’m sure it’s a complete violation of health and safety… but anyway…

CSS training courses

February 14th, 2007 by Katrina Gallagher

As you’ll notice, I’m all for CSS based Web design, I prefer this method because it’s more flexible and updates can be made to the design by changing one file rather than each html page.

It’s also good for search engine spiders and screen readers, making it more accessible to visually impared users.Spider

Manchester NTI offer a range of CSS courses, from beginner to advanced CSS.
